The outbreak of COVID-19 on the global
level has pushed the entire humanity into their homes. Now the process of
unlocking has begun in most countries and government bodies are trying their

extensively use hand sanitizer and N95 masks to protect their well-being. And
in many areas, serious fines and implications are taken against people who are

While younger generation can organically

alcohol or non-alcohol-based sanitizer, as per your choice. If you are using an
alcohol-based sanitizer then we suggest you check that it at least has 60%
alcohol in its composition to be effective against killing germs. Here are some
Dos of a liquid hand sanitizer use:

Squeeze 3-4
drops of hand sanitizer on your palm

Make sure
that your hands are completely wet and covered with the sanitizer
·
Rub your
hands together for like 20 minutes until they are completely dry
·
Make sure
the sanitizer reaches all surfaces of your hands even the area in between the
fingers
·
In case you
haven’t washed your hands with a soap, clean them with wet wipes before using
the sanitizer
N-95 masks: Types of masks and how to use them
N-95 surgical masks are basically
loose-fitting disposable masks that stop potential contaminants to enter the
mouth and nose region.
As per WHO guidelines, there were three
kinds of COVID-19 masks that can be used:

Homemade cloth masks

Surgical masks
·
N-95 respirators
Homemade-cloth
masks: These are made
by using common material and reduce the risk of transmitting symptoms such as speaking,
coughing or sneezing.
Surgical
masks: They are
superior quality masks and protect the wearer from sprays, large splashes of
droplets and germs. It is highly recommended by doctors if they are living in a
high-risk area.
N-95
respirators: They are
more of a tight-fitting mask. In addition to protecting from germs and large
water splashes, the respirator intact in the mask also help breathing
