What to expect at your ENT appointment


Visiting a doctor can be a nerve-wracking experience; it can make us both nervous and curious. One never knows what might come out of a simple doctor’s appointment. 1. Questions

One of the best things you can do for yourself and your doctor is to clarify any concerns or doubts you may have about your health. Take note of any instruction or recommendations provided to you by any staff member.

2. Medical history

Make a note of the ailments you have undergone and the allergies you may have. It is important to expect that the ENT doctor will ask these questions before beginning the check-up, and one should be duly prepared.

3. Sinus

Prepare yourself for a sinus check-up. The doctor will most probably use a hand-held instrument to take a view of what lies inside your ears, nose, and throat.
