These are long lasting and absorbable sutures which provide an extended wound support of up to 6 weeks. PDS Suture is beneficial as it provides elongated wound support for a longer recovery period after your C-Section, avoiding any discomfort. Bending frequently or moving around too much is still not recommended if you want to heal completely.
3. Focus on a good diet :-
Consuming plenty of fluids such as water and juice can help you heal faster. It keeps your system clean and detoxed. Have a balanced food diet with proper nutrition. Eating right is important as your baby is also dependent on you since you are at the breastfeeding stage. Consuming green vegetables can be healthy for your breast milk and your body.
